Today I left for San Fran. I arrive around noon, then have a great 11hr lay over. After that I will have a splendid 14hr flight to Sydney. Today is a sad day. I had to say goodbye to some of my favorite people, kitty, and apartment! This is my old front door and the jolly old nome man that opens it. So many memories and so many things have changed. I look forward to this new step in my life. I’m sad to say goodbye, but I will be back to Boston… Right? Poor darling Cara standing all sad in the doorway. I’m very greatful that she is staying in my apartment. Love that girl.
